Fiji Tourism is expected to send a team to India next month. Its not the first time that a troubled tourism market has lean towards Indian shores.
Fiji Tourism has been struggling for a year or so due to bad economic conditions around the world. Numbers of tourists in Fiji has dropped in last 12 months. Desperate Tourism Department is trying everything possible to change fortunes.
In that bid the latest move by Tourism Fiji is to send a team to India to educate hundreds of Tour Agents in India about Fiji As a tourist Destination. Fiji Tourism has planned seminars in 3 Indian cities Mumbai, New Delhi and Bangalore.

This is a bad thing, that the Fiji tourist have now reduced because of bad economics, i hope they will regain their economy to restore their tourist group
