Grave of Harry Potter is attracting tourists to town of Ramle in Israel. Thanks to grave of Harry Potter town of Ramle in Israel has become huge tourists attraction especially with domestic travelers.

Before you get any wrong idea let me clear it to you that this is not the grave of worldwide popular teenage wizard Harry Potter created by author J.K. Rowling. This is the grave of a British soldier with the same name who was killed in 1939.

There is no connection between them its just the name of Harry Potter which sells. Five years ago people discovered the grave of Harry Potter and soon people were inquiring about the grave from local municipality. Seeing the craze among people, town decided to list the grave as tourist attraction on its website at the start of the year.

Even though town has no count of tourists visiting the cemetery for the grave of Harry Potter, tour operators and town officials have said that there is huge craze among tourists to see the grave. Hundreds of people comes to see the grave of Harry Potter and takes picture of tombstone everyday. Local tour operators say that there is huge demand of Harry Potter tours especially among domestic tourists.

Ramle receives thousands of tourists every year due to many archaeological ruins but in past couple of years Harry Potter grave has given a huge boost to tourism in Ramle carving it on the global tourism map.
